If you already attend classes at a yoga studio, you may have found classes repetitive or too basic, not allowing you to progress; or they are too difficult and the teacher too occupied with other students to attend to your particular needs. Injury is possible. Private yoga training is always exactly appropriate for where you are at that moment. Feel safely challenged so you can make reliable progress in strength and flexibility.

Before your first session, we'll determine your starting point. After completing a medical history, we'll take your biometrics, then complete a thorough assessment of your body composition, your circumference, your cardiovascular fitness, and your strength and flexibility. All results are documented and given to you, with a three-month program recommendation, if you decide to begin private yoga sessions with Leslie.
At your first session we begin your customized yoga program, with supplemental exercises, yoga postures, breath control, and meditation designed to address your weaknesses, inflexibility, stresses, and imbalances. Each session begins with a discussion of your weekly progress and issues and ends with fitness planning for the week ahead. Steady progress ensues.
