Private Sessions
Long Life Fitness offers a six-hour private course incorporating the latest fascial research, principles of exercise physiology, and ancient yoga wisdom to help you look better, feel better, and age better. Have you lost your springy-ness, your bounce? Your mobility and flexibility? Do you have morning stiffness and chronic pain? Is your skin dehydrated?
Yoga combined with principles of fascial fitness targets those negative aspects of aging, all taught through the lens of exercise science.
At your first session, we’ll assess where you are on your yoga journey. At each session, we’ll practice yoga postures (asana) that stimulate the fascia matrix of your entire body, breath control (pranayama) and meditation techniques (yoga nidra) to improve your mind-body connection. Additional exercises are added to address weaknesses. I’ll customize a suitable, progressive, home practice just for you. Subsequent sessions begin with a discussion of your weekly progress and end with an action plan for the week ahead.
Of course, the more time you can commit to your home practice, the faster you will progress. Schedule sessions at your convenience; at your home, online via Zoom, or at my home studio.
