Guided Meditation for Healthy Lungs

After relaxing the mind and body in the Salt Cave by concentrating of each part of the body, we’ll practice yogic breathing to further relax the airways and mind. We’ll then visualize the healthy pulmonary anatomy, with open airways and efficient gas exchange, and generate heightened emotional expressions of gratitude. With slowed body processes, visualization is able to trigger positive, healing, physical changes. The calming and detoxifying effects of the Salt Cave, which support the immune, nervous, and lymphatic systems, combined with deep relaxation and positive visualization, result in improved function of the lungs and mood.
